SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We take great pride in ensuring your order reaches you in perfect condition. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. All orders require a signature upon receipt and for that reason we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Greece 2-3 Working Days. Complimentary Shipping.
European Union 5-7 Working Days. Flat rate: €16.
USA, Australia, India, Morocco, Nigeria, Pakistan, Philippines 8-14 Working Days (subject to customs). Flat rate: €40 (Including all taxes, duties, and tariffs).
Rest of the world 8-14 Working Days (subject to customs). Flat rate: €26.

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the day of order. Manos Gerakinis does not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party.

Service Availability Notice: Due to international regulations and global circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to modify or temporarily suspend shipping services to certain destinations.

Regional Service Fee: For specific international destinations, a Regional Service Fee may apply. This is a mandatory surcharge imposed by our courier partners to cover additional operational costs for deliveries to regions with specialized handling requirements. If applicable, this fee will be clearly displayed during your checkout process.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Manos Gerakinis hopes that you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if you wish to return your items, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Bespoke & Special Orders: Custom-made creations, limited editions or personalized fragrances cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Discovery Sets & Samples: Due to their nature, Discovery Sets and sample vials are final sale and non-refundable.
  • Opened Products: For hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns if the original seal is unopened and intact.

Refunds & Logistics:

When returning an item, please clearly state if you would prefer a refund or an exchange. Your payment will be refunded as soon as possible via the original payment method, no later than 30 working days after receipt of the goods. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded, nor are the expenses for returning the goods to us.

CUSTOMER CARE

In the rare event that your product arrives damaged or faulty, it will be exchanged or refunded. Please contact our concierge team within 48 hours of receipt at customercare@manosgerakinis.com. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the product for a swift resolution.
